VIDEO: R.I.P. MARCUS- Mike Swift & J-Hon of Point Dot Period Release Footage from Interview Session with THE ZRO HOUR

I ran into Mike Swift & J-Hon of Point Dot Period at last night's iStandard Beast of the Beat battle (shout out to Subliminal!) and they told me of this footage that was posted recently. It was taken during the recording of my interviews with Bobbito Garcia and the return of Point Dot's crew in 2008. Mike Swift has a few words about the video:

"BRIGHTON BEACH STAND UP!..We lost another good friend due to street violence summer 2009. We didnt get to see his him at his wake because we had to be in the Philippines to fulfill a mission. We pray for Marcus and his family. Brighton beach brooklyn all day we rep that, REST IN PEACE Marcus. This is very sad for me and heez. This is very sad to those who knew him. Please stop the violence."

Its great seeing this footage but not for the reason of losing another spirit. Stay strong homies...
